We were there to print 300 copies of a letter yesterday and the total was just under $50. There was a typo so we had to print more, this time they tried to charge us THREE HUNDRED dollars ($300), that's a $1 per page which is insane. Only after arguing for what felt like forever did they bring it back down to $50. They said "Well next time it will cost $300". Don't worry, there won't be a next time. We'll never print so much as a business card there anymore. Absolutely ridiculous, the people at this place suck.

Was there 10/19/21 to make some copies and none of the printers were working,I asked for help to the employee working on that department and her response was 'Give me a second I am busy',that second turned out 40 minutes waiting to be helped...another employee helped me after 40 minutes..not mentioning there was a line behind me waiting to use same printer...also...very filthy floors. This used to be a professional store...Goodwill store has better customer service!. Office Depot needs to improve or closed the door for good!

Buying the papers for printer, and cashier provided to me special offer, if I buy one and get 2nd by discount. One block of papers cost 10.19$, if I get two, total price will be 12$, but they are charged me 20.38 $! It is work like this way!
