The woman who owns this definitely loves animals but she needs a lesson in people skills. She is on a huge power trip and wants to know just about every aspect of your life if you want to adopt.

I recently rescued my new puppy from Heidi's and had a really wonderful experience. You can tell that the rescue staff are genuinely caring and concerned with finding forever homes for their dogs. Their dedication and honesty is so appreciated, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new furry family member. Our new puppy Ziggy is now our newest family member and we could not be happier! Thank you to this lovely rescue.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the due diligence, professionalism, and care this rescue took when it came to the adoption process they have. It was refreshing to see how much effort they put in to make sure the dog was a perfect fit and that for the rest of her life, she would never be put into the "foster system" again. I have always adopted my fur balls from shelters/rescues and this was by far the most tedious process experience I have had. BUT A GOOD TEDIOUS! Most rescues/shelters that I have experienced basically hand over the dog to anyone. Not at Heidi's! After my adoption process I really connected with this rescue and learned that the people who volunteer are incredibly invested and would rather house 16 dogs than place them in the wrong home! Now that is some darn dedication The TEAM that makes this rescue possible are an amazing group of animal lovers. I will refer them to everyone I know, and seeing their love for the pups makes me want to help myself

We had a wonderful experience adopting our dog Romeo. Once our application was accepted we brought Romeo home within a day. He fits right in with our family and is so smart and loving.
