Everytime I visit there has been someone there mopping and keeping the place clean.

I feel like most of the negative reviews are from people who have never been laundromat dependent lol. I, however, have always preferred the mat even if I have had the ability to do so in my home. I like getting it all done at once! That being said, Ive done a lot of laundry in a lot of mats & this by far was the most pleasant experience.
First of all the washers are clearly new & well maintained. The only drawback here (& not significant enough to knock a star off) is that the largest machines are 60lbs & theres only two of themwhich admittedly wouldnt be an issue if I came more frequently so its my own fault lol. I ended up using a 60 lb (the other one was in use) & 5 of the 40 lb machines.
Next, I highly appreciated the attention to detail in terms of customer experience. The seating areas were well curated & I liked the little nook with a cushioned booth bench & tables where one could cozy up a bit & read or work on their laptop. This space was being enjoyed by a mother & her little girl, else I would have made use of it myself. There were nice wooden benches instead of those awful bucket chairs found at most laundromats.
Lastly, the cleanliness of the facility was immaculate, which was a pleasant surprise. You can tell a lot of love goes into the place & I appreciate the attention to details. Such a place can only be maintained & kept safe if the hours are a bit limited, so I understand that aspect.
I also appreciated the information made available on the Facebook. I knew what to expect going in.
Thank you to the owners for providing a clean, enjoyable environment to accomplish an otherwise detestable chore for most. I will be back!

I use the laundromat to wash my large linens and rugs. Facility is clean and the machines run well. Owner is always responsive to issues and helpful.
