BEWARE: Nothing but empty promises. Mark did a great job selling that they’d do all we were asking and more. We even chose them over cheaper options because they seemed more professional. Not one of the aspects of the job was completed as Mark said it would be. The yard was left a mess with huge piles of half finished stumps and 7-8 untouched stumps. All of the shrubbery they removed is now growing back fast. Mark had pointed out lots of branches with dead wood he committed to remove and never did it. On top of this they asked me halfway through the job to pay them half so they could “pay their guys” and they requested it all in cash. I made the mistake of trusting his word and they never showed up to finish. Since then Mark has scheduled two separate times to come back and finish and never has. They have no intention of doing respectable business and keeping their word. I have never left a negative review before but frankly I was shocked that this happened considering I would never do it to anyone. We even got them lunch on the day they were working. Very disappointing experience overall. Beware.

DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED. They asked us to pay them in cash before they had completed the job. We paid them and never heard back from them. They left several stumps and have ignored all of our calls and texts. I just felt like I should warn others. They left our yard a mess and did not keep their end of the deal. It was a very frustrating experience for my husband and I. After 3 months of trying to contact them, we have given up. Now we have to do it all ourselves. Services: Tree removal, Garden tidy-up

If I could give these guys negative stars I would. Yes, they removed the three trees in our yard quickly, but they left a stump on one of them that they never came back to grind down despite the fact that we paid them. Also, their equipment destroyed our curb and some of our sod. Mark assured me that he would fix the curb and replace the sod but never returned calls, texts, or came back to do the job. Horrible job, horrible service, just horrible.
