I always have a GREAT experience at JL Jewelers I only wish I could give them more business because they go overboad for me and normally my issue are very minor. Truly the pefect neighborhood small business. You will not be sorry!!

I highly recommend J L Jewelers! I went there on Friday for the first time. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I had first called another established jeweler by phone, and they were not very friendly, and told me my jewelry repair would take a week and half. I went to J L and they had my repair ready the next day, for a reasonable price. And, their selection of beautiful jewelry was very impressive. I will be a return custoer!

I needed some minor repair on my family heirloom engagement ring. I thought I just needed the diamond tightened and the ring cleaned and sized. I chose J L after reading the Google reviews and calling the store to discuss my ring. On the phone, the saleswoman was very friendly and answered all of my questions. When I went in the store, I spoke with the jewelry repairman, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He explained that the prongs holding my diamond in place actually had to be rebuilt, and he pulled out an information booklet to explain the wear pattern on the ring and why this repair was important. I felt very comfortable leaving my item with him to make the recommended repairs, and I felt that the quoted price was very reasonable. The best part: the 1-day turnaround time. I brought my ring in Friday afternoon and it was ready Monday morning when they opened. I was so impressed and surprised at how shiny and new he was able to make the 90+-year-old ring look. Excellent quality, service, and price, and I will definitely be back. I didn't browse the rest of the store too much, but they seemed to have a nice selection of jewelry, from diamond rings to everyday bracelets and necklaces. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It did not seem like a sales-intensive, pressuring environment for browsing jewelry. Highly recommended.

I have been going to J&L for decades. In a world dominated by big-box wholesale retailers, Don offers a level of personal service that is nearly impossible to find. From the simplest watch battery replacement, to caring for my (d.) father's heirloom 40 y/o Tag-Heuer, to the custom setting for my wife's solitaire, I trust Don. Trust is a rare commodity, and Don has completely earned mine.
