I had an accident on 8/30/21 and knew from day 1 I would need surgery. I patiently worked with CRM but after 7 weeks and still in terrible pain, I found out that they never sent my records to get an appointment with the doctor. It's clear this company doesn't care about your health and getting you better, it's all a game to them and all your calls go to voicemail. You are forced to see the workers comp doctor and there are only 3 functional duties they are allowed to address, 1. no limits-go to work 2. severe-deaths door 3. limits-go to work. This is a joke, because the doctor is not allowed to say you need to stay home so it's vaguely written and your forced to go to work even if this will delay your health getting better. I was forced to go to work, and I can tolerate pain, but this pain was so bad I cried, couldn't sleep, and couldn't take it any longer. I saw my PCP and he insisted I needed to be at home immobile to avoid the pain and further injury until I see the specialist and get the surgery. Of course, CRM didn't agree with this and I'm without pay because I chose my health over money. Now CRM makes sure they make things very difficult, too coincidental that they made a mistake. Any medical professional knows that the more you are in pain and swelling persists, the harder, longer, and possible further injuries will take your body longer to heal.

This is a worker's comp insurance company. I got hit with fist on top of my head by pt. When working for baycare. I've worked in mental health for 33yrs been hurt before but not like this. Never have I been lied to so much by a person. Cindy Roe told me so many lies! If you get hurt on job beware they all work against you. The dr.also very sad! I wonder how they sleep at night!

Three days after I left my adjuster a voice mail, , still no reply. Which is normal from my 25 years experience with Commercial Risk Mgmt. It takes repeated phone calls to get help. Good thing First Responders are not on CRM's time schedule !
