Cant say enough about my team this month. Heather, Gisela & Rachael did an amazing job cleaning as they work well together and have such positive attitudes. They even put up with our little dog Elvis trying to help. Also many thanks to Ana for working around our busy schedule.

Ana is always friendly and tries to accommodate any special requests. Alanis & Tanya are both very sweet and pleasant to work with. They both work extremely hard to make sure were happy after each cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

This experience was horrible. My home is well cared for and easy to clean. So cleaners think they can get away with saying they cleaned when they didn't. So after speaking with Ana multiple times about my concerns and how I have not been able to find a reliable and honest cleaning company that actually does the work they say they do, I thought for sure I finally found a good cleaning company that takes pride in their work. She assured me that her cleaners were excellent, well trained, and that she is an honest company that was founded on honesty and integrity exactly for this reason. Sure enough, after purposely placing certain "markers and dirt spots" so that we would know if the items were actually cleaned or not, the items they listed as being cleaned were absolutely not! It was obvious that our purposely placed dirt and dust spots were not ever touched. They flat out lied about the cleaning they did. It was so obvious they did not dust the top of our fridge, or vacuum and mop the floors, or dust my daughters bedroom. CONSUMERS BEWARE: I am finding this with multiple cleaners!! They list the cleaning that was done - but always, always check their work! In my experience, cleaners are charging high rates and not actually doing what they say they are. And getting away with it! Including Magnolia Cleaners. So sad.

As you can see on other reviews, we are known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark during your standard initial cleaning (you said your home did not need a deep cleaning, which it did). We will use your feedback to make us even better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.After your standard cleaning, we spoke on the phone and sent our field manager back the next day to your home to address the top of your refrigerator, the dusting of a shelf above your daughter’s bed and re-vacuumed and re-mopped your tile floors (your tile floors have a few chips on it). We did not hear back from you until this review. Our sincere interest was to exceed your expectations and correct any of the mistakes you initially provided us. We regret that we missed the purposely placed marks.We too agree that we are not a fit for you and your home. It sounds like you are struggling to find a cleaning service that will meet your needs and we wish you the best in this effort.
