SÚPER PÉSIMO EL SERVICIO 😡😡😡 según ellos tienes que reservar por 5 días para que te hagan la limpieza 1 día solamente, pagas un buen dinero y no mereces ese trato , el personal muy grosero no te ayuda en nada y solo dice si no Le Parece hágalo ud . TUVIMOS NOSOTROS QUE TIRAR LA BASURA DE 3 DÍAS ACUMULADA , TOALLAS DE 3 días nunca pasaron por ellas el cuarto huele a comida 🥘…. Etc Así que piensen por favor antes de reservar aquí , si yo hubiera leído los comentarios antes no hubiera pasado por tanto coraje

Wouldn’t pick this location again, when we arrived we found out that parking was valet only. I was not happy with that due to COVID. Not all valet drivers were wearing a mask! Our room was on the second floor, as soon as we got off the elevator there was a weird smell (maybe mold) not sure. Once we got to our room it was extremely humid! The room was clean. There is no microwave in the room… so, don’t bring leftovers back from a restaurant! No room service!

I am not someone to complain, but what a terrible expirence. We arrive at 1 in the morning after a long day of traveling and then wait 15 mins for a front desk person to arrive. When he finally shows up he quickly tells us our reservations has been given away even though we paid and had a confrimation number. When i asked what does that mean, he said we cant stay here. Then gave us a white sheet of papper with a hotel name on it and told us we can try there. When i asked how do we not have a hotel room when we have a confirmation number again, he told us we need to leave and walked away. I asked if the hotel was gonna provide transportation. He laughed and said we can wait outside and try to catch a taxi. How does a hotel not honor their confrimationa, how do they not call ahead and give us fair warning, how do they not provide transportation, especially in middle of the night, and most importantly, how do you treat your customers like this. Never again!!!

Would not recommend whatsoever. Location is great but there are other PROFESSIONAL hotels in the same area as well. The location doesn’t make up for the worst hotel staff I’ve ever encountered…
