Terrible customer service. Stopped in to try and find match for our wood flooring that needed repair and left a piece of our flooring. Received call and discussed flooring needs and then never heard back! Followed up twice and nothing. Would definitely not recommend. There are plenty of other flooring stores in area and would certainly advise to look at another flooring store in the area
