Worst customer service, wasn’t trying to accommodate my needs. I would never go here again nor recommend anyone to do so.

the treatment is good, but the schedules are unconventional, on the internet it says that it opens other days and other hours different from what they really are, twice I have gone to the optics without finding the staff that works there

If I could give this place a big fat ZERO I would! Horrible customer service. The girl had an attitude the entire time and had the personality of a wet paper towel. When asking if I was a student, she made the comment oh you aren't a student. I stated back that I could be and she got smart and said, Well are you a student? this was just one of the snide remarks she made. Total disrespect from a young girl. told my mother that she had been doing it a long time and I wonder how that is because she looked maybe 25. I walked out without purchasing glasses and will never be back!
