Off The Leash Pet Care

Off the leash pet care is the ONLY place I bring my dogs. Ive tried many different daycares in the area but Kim and her family does it the BEST. Draco and Bentley Loves to hear her name. I live almost 40 minutes away and I still bring them to her. 100% recommend.

Simply went to off the leash to ask if they were hiring or by chance in the future would be hiring, as Ive worked at a dog day care for many years and was rudely greeted and told to move my car out of there area unless I had a dog to drop off. As well when talked to the one girl who seemed to be working there, did not have good customer service and was short with me. Was not friendly and didnt make me want to come back or refer them to someone. If you are the face of a job make sure you have the skills and communications skills. Instead of just saying one word answers with a ugly look on your face. Disappointed that someone like that works with dogs. Sad because dogs have my heart and at my previous job I would of made someone feel welcomed to know that they were interested with wanting to work with us.

My dog came home with a huge swollen lump on his neck along with several teeth marks. I received NO notification that something happened. I also asked for pictures a few days prior to picking them up, just to see how they were doing, and never received them. Upon setting up a vet appointment is when i found out what happened at the pet resort. Off The Leash needs to be more careful and attentive with managing dogs under their care. I understand fights and tussles happen, but pet parent should ALWAYS know if their dog has been involved in something. My dog now has an infection is his neck and had to be shaved. He doesnt deserve this.

My dog seemed like he enjoyed his self. It was hard to find a place I trusted to keep him but the service here was excellent. Think Ive found my puppy a new daycare. Trusted the reviews and they didnt mislead. Id recommend this place !
