I have worked with the Easterseals Florida non-profit organization from a donor, volunteer and most recently a board member perspective. Over the last seven years, I have witnessed an organization that truly cares about the children and families it serves. The Murray Child Center is place where children with disabilities thrive. I have witnessed countless examples of growth and recovery from those this facility serves. All of these achievements would not be possible without the fabulous staff and support system of this amazing organization.

Of I could give them zero stars, I would have. From the fist day my kids started they are unprofessional. Ex: One of their teachers caught Covid-19, we had to quarantine our children because of it. My children started school this Monday, on Tuesday evening they sent home a invoice and expected payment on the next day Wednesday for my children to stay. Brandi told me she didn't have time to do her job so the invoice went out late. She had a very nonchalant attitude about it and dies not care. This is the normal attitude for the parents. They treat us like Dogs because we are receiving Title-20 so we do not deserve decent and humane services. So please find your child a learning facility that truly cares about the children and parents well-being ot njust someplace that their only concern is your money. If your learning center is not trying to build a relationship with you because essentially, this will become part of your family, so choose correctly because I did not. I went off the name and did not research the current state of the facilty. I lied Janice made it seem like this was the right place so be careful their is sheep in wolves clothing (Jamine). I regret believing her lie now my kids are at home and I cannot work due to their unprofessional behavior which they don't care about. If the person who owns Easter Seals she this, please do a staff meeting and re-educate your workers in the front about being courteous, understanding and professional. The bad thing who is making this facilty go down is the front desk administrative staff .
