Except for every year that I have to call and ask for a refund for the PCI even after I have completed the certification most years - and they have always refunded my money, this company has been one of a very small percentage of credit card processors that is not out to gouge your bank account. If there was any problems, Terrance was always prompt to correct them and refund us if there was any issues that cost us money.
