Wonderful customer service and always available to answer your call for any questions. Willing to coming to your location at anytime to help with something that needs it person IT assistance. Mr. Giambra is very easy to get along with and really works with your company to set a schedule and an easy line of communication. I would defiantly recommend for your IT services and telecommunications.

I am currently an employee for RFT Telecom (subset of technologies), I find the environment easy going, with an attentive President who doesn't micromange employees. Overall, I have found management to work well with everyone's schedules and provides clear and concise expectations. As this is a growing company, the benefits are not that of large corporations, however, I know as the company grows so will the benefits for employees.
