I'm in my second week of this program. I was weighed in, then left in a room waiting for my counselor to tell me about the second week. Thirty minutes after being left waiting I left, went to the front desk where there were at the very least 7 employees all up there. There was maybe only one other person in clinic when I arrived @ 4:18. Left at 5, not being seen; but as I checking out all of a sudden they want to do my counseling session. So unprofessional. Maybe other locations are different. This location was in Winter Park Florida. Will not return. People, basically the first week is a starvation diet. Of course you will lose weight. Don't do this program or not at this location. I asked the girls a couple of questions which they should of known the answers and they didn't. I should of know then that this was a mistake. They pushed me through their orientation of program, but when you are actually there for your weigh in are left there waiting and I just don't have that kind of time. They say Dr supervised but I don't believe they are MDs maybe nurse practioners at best. DON"T waste your money. I am going to call Corporate but from reading the reviews don't expect much.

Noticed our CT location has declined as well. Very disappointed! Not sure if its a result of Covid??? No one returned my request for a call back from corporate to discuss my disappointment.

I have reached out to corporate twice about a situation that happened at one of their branches and was told they will look into the situation that was a month ago I called again a couple days ago and was told I would get a call back and Im still waiting Iam not a happy customer..

This weightloss company was such a disappointment. From the disorganization of setting appointments up to the malfunction of tests, to the staff not securely disposing of reports and other medical information, to the the staff not wearing masks when they are supposed to, to the interruption when talking to the NP or doctor and sometimes opening the door and yelling that someone is waiting to the staff admitting that they didn't make it beyond the first week as they had to have alcohol, to the lack of knowledge about the program, the application and recipes. Very disturbing that my insurance paid for this quality of service. Even more disturbing that every visit was uncomfortable and stressful...All they care about is money!!
