I can see why this “company “ has 1 star, they called the company I work for and asked for a specific person, I told them they are unavailable. The JackAss proceeds to ask me how much I’m getting paid to screen calls. Unprofessional!!!!!!!

The company I did business with hired this company to collect a bill a owed with them of less than a year. I had made payments to them but stopped due to some personal hardships. Darryl White is the rudest person I have ever crossed paths with. He called my business continually threatened my employees or anyone who answered the phone in my absence. I have been in business for 30 years and never had such bullying. There should be a negative zero!

Rudest and most condescending person I have even not had the pleasure of dealing with. Disrespectful as he could be. He can keep trying though, the ruder he gets, the harder I can make it for him to get to who he needs. Catch more bees with sugar than vinegar fool.

First contact of any kind from this "company" was a voicemail stating they were retained by a client to begin a "preliminary asset liability" investigation. Come on, no indication if this is a collection, no letter notifying what this is for so we can resolve it, just a voicemail trolling for money? Do you think anyone will take you seriously when you come off as a random phone scammer? Very unprofessional business practices, on the same level as the scam artists who mail a letter demanding payment for a speeding ticket in a county that you might have driven in last year (yeah, that's a confirmed scam). I'll come back and edit this review if I receive a letter from them with information on how to resolve whatever problem they have, but until then, these guys either don't know what they are doing or are intentionally out to scam people.

These collections agents are the scum of the earth. I've dealt with a few collections agencies in my life, and most of them have been relatively easy to work with. NOT these guys. First off, they're calling us to collect on an invoice for a licensee business, not our business. They do not accept that when I tell them they're calling the wrong business and offer the correct contact info. Then they tell me they'll see me in court... Over a petty cash invoice. I ended up hanging up on Mr. Darryl White because he was being overly aggressive and threatening me. The most interesting part is their website (which hasn't been updated since the late 1990s) advertises that they use ethical and non-threatening approaches to collections, when that is clearly not the case. They also threatened one of the incorrect business' employees personally with her job, which is something only real scum does. Once again, GET Services, if you're reading this YOU'RE CONTACTING THE WRONG BUSINESS. I will happily give you the correct contact info if you want to be reasonable.
