Vent windows in my garage door broke due to heat and sun. I have been trying for over one year to get help or advise from the HOA. I called again this week, Yalitza sent out an email immediately and I received a response in minutes. She gave me a resolution and now it is up to me to follow through. Thank You Yalitza for your actions very appreciated.

There is little to no help with property related needs. They don’t have answers and they don’t get back to you. It is unprofessional and confusing. I recently helped a buyer relocate from out of state. During the buying process we were able to review the condo docs. and access the property with little problem. Security seemed to be newly upgraded and high tech. The issues began after the buyer closed on the property. For starters it took a very long time to receive her pass to access the gate. She started to find the gate unattended and open overnight. When she notified the management group they said that they had changed security companies and they were not aware that this was happening. They tried to say it must have been an error. To make matters worse her electrical meter was stolen while she was out of town visiting family. She returned to no power and all the food in her refrigerator spoiled. The management company said they never heard of anything like this happening and offered her no assistance to resolve the problem. Next she needed to have plumbing work done but the management team not was thrilled to have to send someone out the help her find the water shut off. The list of frustrations go on with this company. Bottom line - don’t expect good service if you buy a condo managed by this group.

If you have health problems, especially these days or immunocompromised, this is Not a good place for you & especially kids, to live. The office @ lakeview whom they manage(?) Is Not concerned about reported disease, bacteria mosquito & larva laden standing Water I've asked for help with for 5 months due to a health issue & because WE'RE IN A WW PANDEMIC - +COVID LIKEKY CARRIER. Had they bothered,it could & still can be EASILY remedied in 10 Mins or Less! No Excuse.

Terrible customer service. It's not urgent to correct anything that THEY have done wrong. This is s company that really does not care about their customers.
