Good work deserves a good review. I dealt with DJ and the installers, Niehl and Nick. They were easy to communicate with, very fair and accommodating, and did a great job on our LVP installation. I’ll be using them again for future needs and would recommend any of my friends to do the same.

One of the best companies I have ever used for home improvement! I have been in the Architectural field for 15+ years, and I had to comment. From the start of the project, to the prep, the communication, and their attention to detail is exceptional. They make you feel so at ease, because you can talk to them without feeling intimidated. That is very important! The final cleanup of the project was fantastic as well. Their ability to walk you through your project, and help you understand it, is hard to find these days.. I feel it’s necessary to write a review on the exceptional work Beaver & Associates did on our home. From backsplash to flooring they are the absolute best. It was incredibly difficult to find a company that actually return calls, shows up when they say, and honors their quotes. From Jim the owner personally coming by to check in to the great communication from DJ and to Mike who hustled every minute on the job. They were all professional and took pride in their work. Constantly came by to check on the work being done to make sure we were happy. We will continue to use them for all of our home projects and I’ve highly recommended them to our friends& family. I was approached by a salesman at Floor & Decor, offering to come estimate our job. I already had 2 other contractors bid, and was seeking the best bid for the best quality. After 6 buds, we decided on Android Beavers, not because they were the cheapest...they were not. But, after Mr. Jim visited our home, he earned my confidence and the project. The demo crew was a bit sketchy, but they got the job done. Our tile installer, Irving, was absolutely fabulous. He was meticulous and diligent, working by himself for a few days, then brought his father, Abel, to help finish up. They did a magnificent job! I highly recommend them! There were some frustrations along the way with miscommunication and non-communication with the project manager. When I expressed my concerns, they went above and beyond to remedy the situation, and make it right. They could have easily brushed us off and ignored our concerns, but they did not, and I am very appreciative. Thanks, guys, for caring about your customer. You really earned my recommendation and future referrals.
