        Nancy at NWR is extremely unprofessional and I have the text thread to prove how disrespectful she was being. While I was just simply trying to pay for the services. I asked if we can meet somewhere to give payment, and she insisted I just text her phone a picture of my credit or debit card, which I thought was a little sketchy. I told her that I wasn’t comfortable sending a pic of my personal info and asked if we can meet up. She denied my service and told me to pick up my car from Audi. I just simply wanted my windshield fixed. I love the Audi in Wesley Chapel so I travel there for services, but I can’t deal with the unprofessionalism of NWR’s Nancy.

        Poor Customer Service.. Ordered a Mercedes windshield in MARCH, 2018... Now... 2+ months later... still waiting... no contact.. no return calls... however 5 weeks ago.. they did say it was on the truck in route to FL... Maybe the driver needs a map.. and this place DOES ALL THE WORK for Tampa Mercedes?..... NOT GOOD....maybe Tampa Mercedes should shop around....
