The Park At Orvieto Apartment Homes

During the past two years my experience with the entire staff and the property has been such that I've decided to upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment home so I can have a man cave. I give a five star rating to The Park At Orvieto Apartment Homes

This is the best apartment in this area. If you're a student and looking for off campus housing near to the USF then this should be your first preference as it comes across D route of Bull runner. The whole team of Blue Roc Premier is quite supportive and quick not like the other apartments where you have to wait for the maintenance. As of now my experience is really good with The park at Orvieto Apartments.

5 out of 5 stars my experience has been nothing but great with them during my 2 year stay. Would stay longer if I could. Nice clean apartments and community. Maintenance responds quickly to service requests and office staff are super nice and always get back to you whatever it is. I wanna shout out Becky and Amanda because they are AMAZING!! Super nice and understanding ladies that will help in any way they can. You can be sure youll be in good hands with them. Great place to stay

I love this place I just moved in two weeks ago and honestly when I came in and where the areas that I thought it was going to be all right but when I came in everything was perfect it was clean and I really loved it the community is awesome theres a pool I went to the pool couple days it was really clean the gym was awesome too and nobody disturbs you or anything everybodys pretty chill around here and the staff was amazing specially Amanda
