Weeks later my situation has turned into a complete horror show so I am updating my original five star review - I would give ZERO STARS if this tool would allow it. I was upsold into products that I did not need, and for the first month after visiting the store my bill went up over $180. I have made numerous attempts to reach the store manager who totally avoids me and won't help me, and have spent countless hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service who have actually created a whole new set of problems with my service and are completely incompetent. I have already filed complaints with both the FTC and FCC concerning my account, and will continue to pursue these avenues until all of my issues are remedied to my satisfaction.

We visited the Xfinity store in Tamarac yesterday to find out about cell phone service. The staff was extremely helpful and great to work with. In addition to our original reason for the visit, they also managed to reduce my cable/internet bill by about $35 and give me a new modem that doubles my speed for no additional cost compared to the equipment I was using. Highly recommended to go into the store and work with this awesome team!
