Didn’t mind the very long wait until I received my food and multiple things were missing from every dish I ordered. Was very excited to try this place but sadly won’t ever be coming back again. Wanted to support a local business but I paid more than I would most places, had a very extended wait time, and not a single thing I ordered was fully correct. Hopefully you have or had a better experience if you’re reading this. Mine was awful.

Received a catering order from Great Plates for my brothers graduation from FSU. Staff was very polite, the owner personally helped bring the food to the car. Everything was hot and ready when we arrived. Keep up the great work!

I would like to say Thank you again for catering My Husband Surprise Birthday Dinner last minute.. We are forever Thankful an the food was so delicious ❤️

I thought I’d give this place a try. I started off by reposting the promo advertisement posted on their Instagram… on the post it stated to text the number to preorder. I texted the number to order the jerk chicken tacos and never got a reply back. After waiting 30 minutes for a reply I decided to call, and after getting no answer I decided to just go up there to place my order. I arrived at the restaurant and explained to the cashier about me trying to preorder but gotten no response… she then looked up my number and found that not only did I text to place an order but I was the second one to do so after they opened. The cashier apologized and said that they were using a new system and they were sting trying to learn it. She then placed my order (2 orders of the jerk chicken tacos & fries) and assured me that it would be a ten minute wait before receiving the food because of the unfortunate circumstances that happened with the system. I thanked the cashier and sat down to wait. After waiting for 45 minutes the cashier comes over and gives me half of my order and says the other half will be out shortly. Another 20 minutes goes by (by this time my first half of the order is now cold) the other half of my order is delivered to the table where I am sitting. I politely grab the 2 plates that were ordered and walk out. I will not be ordering from this place again.
