Called with a emergency and couldn't get there for over a day. I use Mr rooter all over. They do good work but I was disappointed

Just had some major plumbing work at Tallahassee house and Mr. Rooter addressed some incredibly problems (jetting line, cleaning roots, septic tank repair, snaking branches, etc). by coming and acting fast with a fair price. When complete they gave me a detailed report (including their video tour of the underground system) and maintenance tips. Amazing!

I ended up calling Mr. Rooter because one of our toilets didn't have a strong flush. I spoke to Judy and she was very nice & made me an appointment for the next day.
John, was the plumber who came out & he was very knowledgeable and we ended up having to get a new toilet. We had a few other little things done as well. He was able to get the toilet replaced the day of!
Thank you Judy & John! We feel confident we have found our local plumbers!
Wanted to write another review since we used Mr. Rooter to hook up a gas oven/range.
Update: 3-25-24
I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Judy. She went above and beyond helping me to get a quote for hooking up our new gas oven. We were able to get an appointment within a few days. Eric and Chris took out our old gas oven and had to convert our new gas oven. We had no idea there was so much involved and it looked like a pain. They both did an excellent job!
Is there anything they can't do!
