      image Envision basically robbed me of $400 and has not done anything to rectify the situation. I went to Jordan in December to have a family member removed from my account. When I left I was told that she was removed. In March, $400 was transferred from my account to a loan that belonged to the family member that was supposed to be removed. I was never informed that she could not be removed until after they took my $400. Mia was awesome as she tried to recover my money and opened a case for me. Jordan who made the initial mistake was supposed to follow up and he has not. I have not received my $400 or an apology for this mistake or a solution on how to rectify it.
