John was great! Called to let us know he was 10 minutes out before arrival & arrived right on time. Very courteous, noticed we dont wear shoes in our home & even pulled his shoes off. Explained our issue was not a structural one, but due to all the humidity & rain that has occurred this year, & recommended someone to correct the issue. We would highly recommend John & Ramjack.
