Our fridge died in the night so we called J&M first thing in the morning. My husband explained what was wrong and that he had already pulled out the fan and motor and just needed a new part. The owner pulled the part from his inventory and brought it to us first thing. He was booked through the middle of the week but he took a few minutes to explain how to install the part and he only charged us for the part itself. J&M saved us from having to buy a new fridge! Highly recommend! Our refrigerator's ice maker quit working, and I searched for an appliance repair service to call. I feel SO fortunate that I landed on J & M Appliance Services. Mark was professional, personable, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. He ordered the part, came back and repaired the ice maker, and while he was at it, he fixed the ice dispenser that hadn't worked in ages and the drain that kept causing the refrigerator to leak. Called them about my broken oven. Mark walked me through how to diagnose the issue, over the phone on his personal time, while also juggling watching his baby after normal work hours. Free of charge. Stand up guy. Ordered new part, installed myself, and back in business. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
