Future employees BEWARE! Charles will promise you a good paying job and pluck you from a better paying job only to let you go a month later because you "just aren't working out." He doesn't invest in his employees and doesn't care that he promised them a better job. So PLEASE think twice before ever working for this person, especially if you have people depending on you for an income. He genuinely doesn't care about his new employees or their families. I know people may not believe that he lets new people go for "asking too many questions" in their first month despite receiving no guidance or for manually inserting data instead of importing it. But please, don't find out the hard way.

Bean Team is fantastic!! From the moment I initially meet with them to go over my needs I knew that it was going to be a great fit. You could tell right away that they genuinely cared about what my business did and listened attentively to make sure they could meet my needs. The recommendation that I received and the choices that I had to choose from were exactly what I needed. The Bean Team is a creative group of people that help businesses shine. If the negative reviewer had as many grammatical and spelling errors in his employment inquiry, I can see how he received a less than enthusiastic response.
