image I tried to make a cash deposit today for my wife at the Salerno Village Square branch. I had her deposit slip and her driver's license and the teller (Yvonne) refused to make the transaction, telling me that I wasn't on the account. I am on her account (a fact confirmed once I got home and was able to access her account online). It is very frustrating and inconvenient to have to make a separate trip because the teller didn't know what she was doing.

image Exceptionally lazy staff. Banker was unwilling to help me during my scheduled appointment, and spent more time telling my why she couldnt do her job then coming up with solutions.
Thatll take 40 min was the response when I questioned why we didnt have time today.
Disappointed with the service at the branch.

image My accounts had been hacked....I had several charges that were NOT mine, and I needed immediate help to stop the charges, on top of being in a panic , was totally treated like I was just bothering the 3 chatting chics behind the counter....one asked if they could help me, I explained my situation and.I said I needed to sit with a banker ....was abruptly told it would be an hour and a half wait....and I should just go home and call the 800 # because " He" ( I am assuming the professional looking man at a desk was " HE" ) is going to have to do that anyway " I was in a panic, and obviously that was a big joke to them.....I will be pulling all my money out of there and closing all 3 accounts that I have.....

image The staff is very rude, every time I visit this location. Will never come back.
Made an appointment online, came today and they kept asking me with whom I had the appointment with. I said I made the appointment online and it shows no name of the banker on the confirmation. They gave me weird looks just because I dont have the name of the person and said I must have the name.
My appointment didnt show up on their system and they were not aware of my appointment but still managed to tell me that I came late and will have to make another appointment if I am 10 minutes late. How can you tell me that I am late when you dont even have my appointment setup on the system?
I asked the banker to verify some information regarding opening a business account because I was confused and instead of explaining things to me, she said I am a banker for years so I know. What a reasonable explanation! I need facts, I do not need to know who she is.

image I went to deposit a sum of cash today and I counted it in the car but then take a business call so I forgot how much I had . I walked up to the counter and Yvonne helped with my transaction and when she asked how much is in there I said Im sorry I forgot , and the look on her face was so rude, like how dare I. I mean you have a machine right behind you. Anyways Im going to another branch. Not a great experience
