James Jokel should not be a real estate agent. He called my realtor ( buyers agent) said we had a signed purchase agreement, failed to mention it was a counter offer. That should be first thing mentioned, but no had to wait until purchase agreement came over to find out it was a counter offer . Stay clear of this guy.

Awful experience, what a rip off , never was told that both sides of the fence was being handled by the same realtor nor that house was going FHA!!
VERY DIRTY POOL,
Plus gave a recovering Alcoholic a bottle of wild turkey has a gift for selling the house and gave wife nothing! Very sloppy!

I cannot recommend Natalie Gorse at Tropic Shores as a realtor enough. Truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is also so kind and patient. You would be in the best hands choosing her to represent you.
