I contacted this company for replacement of my Kohler toilet. It was the single worst service experience I have ever had for a home repair. The plumber was hostile, upset that the job took much longer than anticipated and was rude to everyone in the household. When I asked for information about the warranty and what was covered for parts and labor, he called his boss, informing him that I was withholding service. I was doing no such thing. I had the check in hand. I was merely asking the normal questions any homeowner asks when a new appliance or fixture is installed- model number, what's covered as far as parts and labor should future problems arise, etc.- all reasonable questions. The plumber wanted to leave because it was 5pm. What was supposed to be a quick install turned into a more costly all day affair, due to additional "problems" that were found. The owner of the company was irate when he was disturbed on vacation for this matter and said that if the toilet is installed, flushes, and doesn't leak, I should be satisfied. I communicated that plumbing is a service profession. As such, the way you treat a customer is important. The entire experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not wish my experience on anyone and absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this company.

I have not had any construction or plumbing work done by this company, nor will I ever. I'm driving with 3 children, all 3 in car seats, and this company's box truck made a right-hand turn across 3 lanes of SR50 cutting me off. I had to brake quickly and switch lanes into the middle lane to avoid hitting the back of their truck. It is 8:43pm, so they must work late... I don't know. I believe job safety includes driving to and from the job.

Marcus and Steve came out to replace our water heater. These fellows were knowledgeable, personable and professional. They cleaned up every bit of cardboard, etc. they cleaned the spilled water in the garage. We could not have had a better experience! Now, on top of all that, their price was very reasonable. I also need to mention that their office manager, JoAnn, was a real sweetheart. She worked with us on changing schedule when we realized a conflict with a doctors appointment. She did it pleasantly, without any frustration or grumpiness. We HIGHLY recommend Reliable Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I've used them for several projects at my home. New countertops and backslash, looks fantastic. Installation of faucets, toilet repairs and repairs to outside faucets and tankless water heater. Excellent service and the techs were very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up when done. They have a really nice showroom with displays of faucets, cabinets, tile, draw pulls, etc. Great company.
