      image Went on a business trip. Shipped materials I needed for several meetings ahead of time, after confirming with the hotel staff they would hold them for me. They did not - refused them and sent them back. Very embarrassing for me. Carpet was soaked under the air conditioner as I unfortunately discovered. No one was ever at the front desk - had to ask 3x where someone was. Definitely would not recommend.

We accepted what you requested, and the points has been requested to Hilton Honors and you will see them in your account within 2 to 4 business weeks. On 03.22.2024 we tried to reach you several times but to no luck. It seems that you changed your mind and we have applied 100% GTD for your stay as per Hampton standards.
