image Purchased a bouquet of 40 roses of various colors with a particular vase as a 40th birthday gift. I personally went into the location and the gentleman helped me out. Flowers were delivered as expected and the quality was outstanding, earned me some extra points with honey, Thank You!

image My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers asked for a purple calla lily in a purple arrangement. I received the arrangement one day early before my bday,with 3 inches of water,and wilted flowers which a couple are broken and one has newspaper stuck to it. When my husband called to ask about the arrangement he was told that the flowers are supposed to look wilted and they told him he could take it back to receive partial credit or bring them back and they'll send another arrangement. Why would he take back a gift that was already given and spend time out of his day to correct a mistake from this company? And if flowers are supposed to look wilted then you should let people know that while they're ordering them. Also,these are not wilted flowers, I have pictures, they are broken there's a difference between wilted and broken. I have received arrangements with a dozen red roses that were half the price of what we just paid for. These will not even last 2 days. Proper etiquette for a business would have been to bring out another bouquet of flowers, not leave our home to bring back the flowers (especially when my husband is home from work on his lunch break and has another half hour drive back to work) when the flowers came with barely any water and the driver is driving around with his wife( probably while they're doing errands and we're just a pit stop),very unprofessional. There is one white rose while she was complaining to her husband that she put all these white roses in there,they look like purple weeds. We don't ever complain,but it has come to the point in the past year that no matter where we go we pay for service and get treated like crap while we're the ones paying people to do a service, whether it's serving us food or in this case ordering flowers. I'm not sitting back anymore and getting treated like crap while my hard-earned money is being spent to keep someone else employed. As a business owner myself, we take care of our customers, if they are ever unsatisfied we not only give credits,but take care of what they are complaining of without arguing back. That's part of owning a business sometimes you have to eat crow. If someone is unhappy you take care of the person. I would not recommend this company for any sort of service because if there's anything wrong with what you received you'll have to be the one to take it back and fix it. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's and if I'm paying a company then they should be fixing the problem, not having the customer come back to fix it.
