I was told by a friend of mine that her daughter went there and said it was not a friendly place. My experience was not that.
I entered went to the check in desk. There was a lady on a computer, No greeting, as I was signing in I asked her the time she replied the time never looked up Nothing. I went over and sat down she then called me back up. She needed my insurance card and I'd. WHY couldn't she ask me for that when I was standing there. I gave it to her No Thank you Nothing. I do believe the 1st impressions of a business is the 1st few minutes of entering.
The rest of the staff was awesome..
If the rest of the staff was like that I would not go back.

Nice equipment. Nice staff
Not impressed with their practice though. They seem limited in skills. I will be getting a second opinion

Front staff is rude, dentist touches keyboard and walks out of room comes back with same glove and tried to get inside my mouth, when I asked if he can change his glove his response was other peoples germ is good for you it helps build strong immune system. They tell you that everything was covered by insurance then hand you a bill. Im not sure what type of business they are running here.
