        Josh was excellent! Very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain and show me what was going on with our AC and duct work. He cleaned and sanitized our duct work and vents, along with placing 2 purification systems in each unit for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

        I hired this company to vacuum out my air ducts. The service tech (I think his name is Andrew) stated that he would not perform this job upon arrival because he said that he did not know what he was getting into. ** ISNT THAT THE CASE WITH ALL NEW DUCT CLEANING JOBS** He stated that my air ducts need to be sanitized first. That was $200 (and only took about 15 minutes). He removed my Reme Halo LED device in order to sanitize my ducts and now my Reme Halo device is loose and is not sealed well on my air handler duct. I spoke to a Sam a service representative or manager (not sure) and he said he would get back with me to have this fixed. It has been over two weeks and I have yet to hear from Air Mavericks/Sam. Meanwhile I have cold air escaping from my air handler duct because the technician did a poor job reapplying my RemeHalo LED (He didn't even put the screws back in) I had to add duct tape to try and reseal things. I do not recommend this company!!! Poor communication. Did not do the job as initially promised and now my air handler duct is not sealed well.
