I have spent 6 weeks trying to get an auth for a 1300$ medication ordered by a PA. After 9 calls to office and calling insurance on my own, because insurance stated 3x the office did not respond timely to authorization I went to the office. Only thing the "office manager" did was argue and kept looking for excuses. Not once did she say she would take care of it immediately and was provided detailed information on how to complete authorization. If you want absolutely poor customer service then this is the place for you.

Started there many months ago. If you want a copay heavy experience, go here. They have had plenty of time to address issues imo rather than be proactive after they " drop the ball" on your diagnosis and treatment. Even after a couple days since the last appointment, it's impossible for them to call in the most simple warranted prescription without making sure you come in , pay another copay only to go round and round again. The incision from a biopsy in their words " is infected". Culture will take 7 to 10 days , no matter the risk to your health. Gotta wait. Now have to visit a SEPERATE place to treat THAT. I do NOT recommend going here! and feel ripped off. They have had months to treat another issue that is STILL UNRESOLVED . They care more about Copays than patients. This review covers 2 payients , a married couple. When you try to call them out or ask questions it's snippy retorts. We have MORE THAN GIVEN THEM A CHANCE and feel taken advantage of as patients who are disabled and senior. I did call them as they asked to do below this review. Nothing resolved and still receive bills for Copays..ridiculous.
