I closed my account 1 month ago and I never received my check I call them and they asked don’t see nothing on the computer and I was at the location and they say call and call so I’m looking for a answer be carful with closing account over the phone

They take forever to do the simplest things as a deposit. 20 min and didn't even finish. I did it faster on my phone. And no drive thru!

Probably one of the worst financial institutions i have ever dealt with. I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with this organization. Locally they blame all short comings on corporate policy. You will just be a number to them. Personal, business, or both. No amount of money or collateral makes you important to them.
I would quickly join any class action suit against them because I believe them to be predatory. Beware!

For god's sake, put a sign on the ATM machine when it's not working. Countless people have wasted their time trying to access the machine. Probably the people working inside don't care. Such a sad place. Make sure your machines work and if not, fix quickly!
