DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL RECIEVE ZERO SUPPORT. So I did my taxes over a year ago with Kenneth on the same day my partner did, she received her refund within 4 months. Every attempt I make to get an updated status on my refund his staff will talk you in circles and provide ZERO support whatsoever. I was instructed to check the portal on IRS which comes back with no data whatsoever as if he never even sent it in, or they tell you to call an IRS number which is a beauticratic and informational dead end. They refuse to let me speak to him directly, and it's a certainty that he has more resources at his disposal then your average citizen, considering he's a CPA he should have mitigated this a long time ago. It doesn't take A FULL YEAR TO GET YOUR REFUND (with zero support on their end.)
