Scheduled a return to airport ride, called 2 days before because didn't think the 2-hour before flight pick-up time was sufficient. I was assured that 2 hours before is their standard for the Panama City airport. Relying on their expertise (as we have never traveled to this area), we felt comfortable. On the day of, our driver Stephen arrived 18 minutes late for our ride to the airport. He said there was so much traffic, but also said he has been doing this for years and has noticed traffic "getting worse every year". No apology, ever. Then, it took 45 minutes to get to the airport, not allowing enough time for us to check baggage and get through security. We missed our flight, had to sit at the airport for 9 hours for a re-booked late night flight to another airport to catch an even later flight to our home airport. Didn't arrive home until 4:00am. I contacted the company to complain and was told they can't control traffic or airport congestion....but in my opinion, to run a business like this, you should monitor traffic being high and how the airports are running if you are the ones picking pick-up/drop-off times based off peoples' flight time and adjust accordingly. People needing this business are relying on the company to be knowledgeable. Never received a call back from a manager as I requested. Beyond ridiculous. Would never use or recommend again.

I concur, I'd give them a 0 review if possible. Management needs to get their act together. The bus driver, Candace was outstanding! Our trip to the cruise port was fine, with the exception that management did not provide our driver with an appropriate route for a bus during Mardi Gras parade time. On the way back, it was a totally different story. The bus driver never called in sick, the bus finally arrived at the port at 1:45pm when our pick up time was 9:30am! Management fell short on their poor planning. I addressed the issue with the manager AND the owner. They blamed weather, sick bus driver for all of our issues with no partial refund awarded. I am a travel agent and I will never use their service again. Problems arise, but our problems could have been avoided if they had just put the bus driver and the bus at a hotel closer to New Orleans the night before our pickup. Poor management = dissatisfied clients (I had a bus with 50 people on that terrible day)
