Really enjoyed Paradise Taxi services. I was with a group and we used them several times over a week. Airport service, hoping from town to town with groups of 1,2 or 7. Always on time, professional and thoughtful drivers. I will be booking them over the big “tech” ride guys every time I come to this area.

The driver (Erin) led us on for over an hour that she’d be picking us up in 5 minutes. She then told us she wouldn’t be able to pick us up for another 45 minutes. We then cancelled and looked for other options because we were already late for our reservation - and Erin decided this would be a good time to give us an attitude and say rude things because we canceled a cab that never arrived. Terrible experience somebody needs to to talk to Erin about how to treat a customer and how to arrive on time.

Jodi and his team were excellent. We had a early departure from Sandestin to go into Destin and Jodi was outside waiting for us. He was not available to pick us up in Destin, but made arrangements with another staff member ( I believe his name was Matthew) to come get us. He was there on time and was very pleasant to talk with. The cost was fair and not outrageous like some companies. It was our first time to Destin and I was very happy to have found this company on goggle! Service: Limousines

Uber and Lyft aren’t even available at that time. When in the area use Paradise Taxi and support local businesses.
