In April of 2016, I was in a motor vehicle accident on Highway 98 where I was rear-ended by another driver. The at-fault driver told the police that a “phantom vehicle†hit him, causing him to rear-end me, and then drove off. I knew this wasn’t true but I did not have any way to prove it. I was injured in the accident but the insurance company for the at-fault driver offered me NOTHING for my injuries because of what the at-fault driver told them. I had no where else to turn to get help, so I sought out help from attorney Jon David Simpson of Simpson Law Firm. Notwithstanding the liability issue, Mr. Simpson took my case, immediately began to investigate the credibility of the at-fault driver, and then filed a lawsuit. It turned out the at-fault driver had numerous felony convictions and was not a credible witness. Mr. Simpson fought the insurance company tooth and nail for my injuries and eventually recovered a very good settlement for me. After Mr. Simpson resolved my claim against the at-fault driver, he then filed another lawsuit against my own insurance company because they would not pay for PIP benefits due under my individual auto policy. Mr. Simpson again put the pedal to the metal against my own insurance company to keep them honest and was able to recover additional money that ultimately decreased the amount of medical expenses I owed to my medical providers, therefore, providing additional recovery to me for my injuries. Mr. Simpson was willing to fight two insurance companies and file two lawsuits until he recovered every penny he could on my behalf.
