If I could leave zero stars I would. I contacted them and scheduled an estimate and measurement visit. Spoke with Mindy and she confirmed our appt. She was a no show, and I attempted 3 times to reach out to see what happened or if we needed to reschedule and no response. It has been a week and still never even received a call back. Its unprofessional and speaks to their work ethic. Dont do business with them.

When we contacted Legacy, Rick called us back shortly thereafter. One of our wire closet systems had collapsed. Rick stated that he was concerned that perhaps it had not been installed properly. He said he would send Antonio to our home today. Antonio called us, came over and assessed the situation, and did the repair making sure he connected the closet system to four studs. Antonio even spackled the holes from the original installation. From start to finish, Antonio and Rick were superb! I highly recommend using Legacy Glass for any number of projects.
