I ordered several replacement belts for my central vac system. That was over a month ago, noone answers the phone, there is no voice-mail, they have not responded to at least 3 emails. So there is literally no communication, and they took my money without any updates. I would say abysmal customer service if it even existed. I have ordered previously with no hiccups, so at one point they weren't scamming people, but honestly I'm not sure what happened to the company but it feels like they don't even exist anymore. Maybe they dont.. after reading other similar reviews I can 100% say that you should not order anything from this company unless you want to wait for months with no updates, to possibly get what you need, or maybe not. The worst part is I order from smaller companies to support the little guy, and this is how they respond. Atleast Amazon will refund money, give updates etc etc etc.. shame on you

Ordered an intercom over a year ago that was never sent to me. Trying to get a refund and they will not answer emails or phone call.

I ordered some home electronics from Central Vacuum Stores on Saturday, April 24, 2021 in the amount of 1,261.18. The order number is 1328934. They sent a few emails saying supply chain delays were delaying shipping but now no longer answer their phone or answer email. I want my money back. Might be time for a road trip.
Anyone want to participate in a class action against them?

We ordered a 35 ft long hose for our Central Vac on 11/11/21 and as yet have not received it.
We have called several times and have been told they have moved and everything is in disarray. We talked with Roger who said he would ship out the order in a few days. That was the first of January. I am a patient person but this is getting to be a not so good experience!
