Updated review- the company responded quickly after my negative review. The owner called me personally, very apologetic and fixed the issue. He also provided a discount.
Original review- disappointed in the customer service of this company. We ordered shutters for our St. Pete home. The were out of temp blinds and promised me we would hear from them once they got them in. Many months passed (way beyond their time estimate), our shutters kept getting delayed and we had no communication from the company. I had to get in touch with them for updates. They never provided the temp shades. Then, when we finally got our shutters installed, some of the panels had nicks and defects. They said they would fix them but months passed with no communication. I had to get in touch with them several times before a call and it turns out they had the parts sitting in their warehouse and forgot to call us. Then we scheduled to have the work done and got Covid so had to delay two weeks. Been trying to get in touch with them for weeks to come out and fix our shutters. No luck.

I want to give a shout out to Edgar who installed a houseful of beautiful window treatments for me. He was always on time, stayed longer than expected to make sure the client was happy, and did an excellent job of installing everything. He always had a smile on his face and made sure everyone was satisfied with the work. And Peter Haggar the owner is a joy to work with, and resolved a slight manufacturers issue without incident. Thanks for a beautiful end result!

I have had a truly wonderful experience with this company so far. They have been so responsive and professional. Susan has been very diligent in keeping me up to date with my order status which is always nice but especially right now with the supply chain issues. I have recommended them to multiple people in the last few weeks and will continue to do so! The communication has been truly top notch and personalized. They had to come back out to measure 1 window once the backsplash was put in around the kitchen window and it was done the next morning. I just can't say enough wonderful things!! Peter G. & Ross installed our blinds 2 days ago and did a really great job. They were friendly and professional. We love our new blinds . Nancy was very professional and helpful in choosing the right style and colors for our home. She came up with an amazing kitchen window design that my wife just loves.
Summer was very good at keeping us informed regarding the status of our order which was appreciated very much. Thanks to all for an excellent and hassle free job WELL DONE
