I had a very unpleasant experience at Tires Plus Today. After spending $2000.00 on my car, I drove off with the transmission making a loud clunking sound when I put in gear. I brought it back, and Paul, the manager at the St. Cloud store, decided he would debate me if his mechanic broke the engine mounts or if they were already broken. I left upset that I was not treated like a valued customer. I drove my car onto the highway, and the transmission would not change gears. The problem was in the transmission, not the engine mounts. If Paul had listened to me and checked my car instead of debating who broke the motor mounts. I would have felt like a valued customer. I Have been going to Tires Plus for ten years and have had problems with management before, but this was the last straw. I am taking my business to Action Gator Tire.

Went here looking for a couple new tires. After buying the tires, and having them installed, started feeling at thumping when riding. Took it back to have them check it out. First time, they kept my car the whole day, but didn't get a chance to look at it. Brought it back the next day. They looked at it and said one of the original tires still on there, had a problem. Fine. But then they said I needed new brakes, front and back, and other issues that would total $1700!
My son took his car here years ago, they always found other "stuff" that needed to be fixed.
I went elsewhere to get my tires, later I took my car to the dealership to get yearly service. I asked them to check the brakes.
They said they were fine, and asked if we recently had new brakes on the back!
The Dealership told me this!
If this store tells you, your car has a lot of issues, please get a 2nd opinion.
They will do unnecessary work.

I got 4 new tires installed, mounted and balanced as well as a full synthetic oil change. It cost less than every where else for just the tires. Very easy and professional. Thanks again guys! Definitely go back!
