image They have the lot on the corner of Dallas parkway and warren parkway Across from maa Frisco bridges they have jot maintained at all and the city has had to do their work let’s hope they will do much better when they begin to invade our lives over here and build their new green building Let’s hope they keep our wildlife and green grass area nicer and their building cite safe and trash free and keep their vehicles parked on their construction site Developer always live in the future while they are messin with everyone else’s present We will be watching

image lets Start off by saying, be prepared for a long lease of inconvenience and hassles. We rented a beautiful house in Stevens plantation and it was not up kept at all. The house belonged to traveling nurses and obviously used this management company to basically keep up with repairs and maintenance of the home. We had nothing but problems living here and nasty attitudes from the owner of the management company when requesting repairs and addressing other issues with the home. Between leaking toilets which we were told to fix, broken sprinklers which we fixed, a/c not maintained (drain pipe clogged up Which we fixed and not serviced) roof leaking, home not cleaned when moved in (dog poop found under washer and in laundry room), took 3 months to get the dish washer fixed, walls in kitchen covered in grease when we moved in grease. At the end of our lease we took the steps to make sure the home was returned in a better condition then received. So we had a pressure washing company clean sidewalks and driveway also hired a cleaning company to clean the house top to bottom so there were not added fees In the end he charged us $185 for carpet cleaning which was not told to us until last minute when getting our security deposit back. Please use caution when renting a house and stay away from this guy. Wonder if the owners know who’s taking care of their paid off future home.

image I rented a poor maintained house from Mark 2 years ago. I kept the house and fixed a few things because the "owner never wanted to fix the house". The house was put on market with us living in there, and the time a "possible buyer" put a contract on the house, Mark gave us less than a month to move out. On June 1, he called me with attitude asking for the house keys, I was moving that day. He sent the deposit check to the old address and now the payment is lost. He doesn't answer my calls nor my emails. He don't care about others! Don't rent from him!
