Rented a car in St. Cloud, Fl and it was a very good experience. I know I can count on Enterprise when I need a car rental and get a good competitive rate. I even bought my last car from Enterprise. Received a great deal on that too. Thanks Enterprise!!!

Terrible experience. I had to rent a car due to mine being repaired from an accident. The other driver was at fault so everything was being taken care of by the other drivers insurance. When I made my reservation for the rental car I gave them all the information from the insurance company. Herson insured me they had everything they needed and agreed to what the insurance company gave me. He said my credit card was on file but wouldn’t be charged until I returned the vehicle. I wasn’t exactly sure how long I would need the rental because I was waiting on parts to arrive in order to repair my car. They assured me it wasn’t a problem, I could call daily to extend the rental. By the 3rd day I was given an eta for my vehicle. I called enterprise and spoke with Nick the GM and he said no problem, he said he would give me a week discounted rate but that I was already getting the insurance rate of $24.70. 2 days later Alexa calls me and leaves me a voicemail saying my account is past due and I need to either pay or bring the car back. Pretty rude for a voicemail. I call back and inform her I spoke with Nick. She said there was no note of what Nick and I spoke of and she was charging my credit card, meanwhile they ran my card 3 times in the last 3 days. When I brought this to her attention she didn’t know what I was talking about, meanwhile my credit card contacted me due to the weird charges. The rate was supposed to be $24.70 (they agreed to the amount), they charged me $50 a day. When I called and spoke with Herson the same person who originally took my reservation about these charges and the multiple charges I received after returning the vehicle. My card was charged a week and 2 weeks after returning the car. He had no idea why my card was charged. He guessed it could be tolls but I didn’t go through $145 in tolls in 8 days. And when I asked him about the toll charges before renting the car he said I would receive a letter in the mail. So again he didn’t give the facts and lied. The whole experience was terrible and extremely stressful. They weren’t even the ones repairing my car. I will never rent from Enterprise and I will definitely tell people not to rent from Enterprise and about my horrible experience. They clearly don’t communicate, lie about pricing, and gauge your after you return the vehicle. Oh, and the car smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in the non smoking vehicle and there was trash left in it.

I rented a Toyota Carolla here. It smelled like smoke, but hey, at least I have a vehicle right? A few hours later I see the front bumper is popped off on one side. I call and they tell me it's a reported issue and not to worry.
When I tried to return it they tried to blame me for it and fill out a report. I told them I called and they should have the call recording. I had to argue that I was not to blame before they pulled the notes to see it was an issue. BEWARE.
