Let me start of by mentioning that The owner of My Guy Auto Works is very friendly. I was in need of a car repair shop and went by his excellent reviews. I own a Mercedes and my car started to make these weird loud squeak noise once I slow down. So he inspected the car and told me it's definitely the front wheel bearings that causes the noise. I paid over a $1000 to get the bearings replaced. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue I still heard the same noise when I drove my car . I called him right away and he offered me to come back the next day morning which was very nice. He inspected the wheels did some cleaning etc and told me he figured out some part was rubbing against the wheel and that most likely was the issue and my car should be good now.But once again that wasn't the issue! I went to this shop twice without finding main reason he just went by guessing & fixed something that wasn't the problem I lost over $1000 and still left with the same problem. At Tire kingdom I was given an estimate to repair my ball joint after I had an oil change performed. I decided to call actual mechanics to do such work as tire shops are not adept at such tasks. I called MY Guy Auto Works and he quoted me a very fair estimate and he was very professional on the phone. I dropped it off he ordered the part and he called me to tell me that the front end was solid no work is needed. He did not even charge me for anything I asked him to fix a leaky tire and he had to dismount the tire straighten the rim and mount then balance the wheel $25. He could have changed that balljoint, He chose integrity and was honest this is what builds trust and makes me loyal to him from now on. Honesty is so hard to find in a business but not at this establishment. Service: General repairs & maintenance
