The service and valet were exceptional. They made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. They give you a complementary glass of Prosecco upon checking in. The rooms were extremely clean and offered Starbucks for in room brewing. Hotel was reasonably priced and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
Rooms: Extremely clean.
Nearby activities: Lots of things to do and places to eat nearby, very walkable.
Safety: Not near unsafe places, multiple staff at all hours of the night, key card to access elevator.
Walkability: Very close to extremely popular places in St Augustine.

The hotel is visually beautiful and the location is perfect since you are walking distance from everything. However the rooms are overpriced for the amenities included. The pool (which is only 3.5 feet) and hot tub close at 8:30!
We were charged several fees after the stay that were not disclosed when we initially booked. You're forced to pay for vallet parking which is extremely silly when you see how close the parking lot is..Very silly service. Beautiful hotel but huge rip off.
