I took in a pair of expensive drapes for cleaning. The woman at the counter could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Imagine my surprise when I took the drapes home to rehang them and found they had shrunk over two inches. These people ruined my drapes. Do not trust them with your things,

I brought some dress pants that had a line of dirt on the rim of the pants. I noted it to the clerk. She told me they would be ready on he following Wednesday, On Wednesday at 2:00 I went to pick them up and they said the truck doesn't come in until after 5:00. They send the clothes to Jacksonville to be cleaned. The next I picked them up and when I got home I saw that the dirt had not been cleaned . The next day I went back and was told that was the best they could do. they charged me $16.00. I came home and got out my Walmart stain remover and the dirt marks came out instantly. I want my money back. Does anyone have the name of the owner because no one answers the phone. Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I've been a customer for many years but it's time to move on. What was once a dependable service is not so much anymore. The US1 store very often isn't open at advertised times (8am) and over the last year there have been several significant delays and damage to articles of clothing. The mgt is usually pretty good about giving out credits but how about we don't burn holes in my not-cheap embroidered work shirts in the first place?
