I'm leaving T-Mobile on US1 in Port St Lucie right next to tropical smoothie and Carlos helped me more than I've been helped by anyone at tech support and I just wanted to thank him and tell the rest of you how great he wis.

Scammers watch your bills. Went to the store and upgrade to iphone 15 on one of my lines( trade in an iphone 12 and was told that I only needed to pay 100 dollars more since they were going to credit $830.00 and they added 2 lines instead now I have to pay extra $20 dollars for 2 years that wasnt asked if I wanted it or needed. Had extra charges on my bill that wasn't even mentioned in any conversation. When back to the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it . Asked to speak with the manager was not at the store at the moment so the rep called her ,was rude and not helpful at all.

Bad service, 10 minutes in the store, they are not friendly at all! I left the store and did not receive any help!
